appointments
A card is required to hold on file for all appointments in order to enforce the cancellation policy. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is broken. Before leaving your session, you may pay the session total via cash/card/Cash App/Venmo/Zelle. All appointments must be made online so that consultation forms can be filled out prior to your appointment.

parking & accessibility
Street parking is available in the vicinity, but please give yourself a few extra minutes in case it’s busy out that day!
There is a set of stairs to enter the studio from inside the building, and another set of stairs to access the restroom upstairs. The building does not have an elevator, unfortunately.

refunds & returns
Under no circumstances will any refunds, payments, or portion thereof for any services rendered be granted. Appointment fees cover artist time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service.
eir botanica does not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased in-studio or online.

cancellations
As a small business, the cancellation policy supports the costs of the business to ensure it can maintain operations when last-minute changes arise.
This policy is as follows:
Any appointments that need to be cancelled must be done no later than 48 hours before the time of your appointment. Past this time frame, you will be charged 50% of your cancelled appointment cost. In the event that you no call/no show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment cost. This amount cannot be refunded or applied to future services under any circumstances. All policy fees must be paid in advance to remain in good standing and resume any future appointments. eir botanica reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist.

early arrivals
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. The restroom is upstairs on the first floor of the building—feel free to visit before the start of your appointment.

late arrivals
Your appointment starts and ends at the time that it is scheduled for. Please arrive on time to ensure you get your full treatment time. The service fee or end time does not change if you arrive late—if you are delayed, please email or text ASAP and your service flow will be suitably adjusted.
In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, eir botanica reserves the right to enforce the cancellation policy.
